Submission of planning application
Monitoring of planning application
Upon gaining planning consent:
Preparation of detailed Building Regulations drawings which may include engaging the services of a structural engineer, energy consultant
Obtain costs from builders
Appointment of a builder and contract preparation
Site support for the duration of the contract
